SWIFTS HOCKEY CLUB - 2022 FEES

Swifts are excited to have you play in 2022, as you may or may not know we keep our fees as low as possible and have NOT made any increases in fees again this season. Swifts will absorb the IHA fee increase for the 2022 season. Whilst keeping fees at a low cost we cannot pay bills without player’s fees being paid in a timely manner.

Below, you will see a fee breakdown and a non-negotiable fee structure for the 2022 season. If you would like a payment plan please contact Treasurer Lisa Shaw at swiftshockeyclub@outlook.com.

ALL  Players  must  be  registered  with  Hockey  QLD  to  be  able  to  take  the  field.  

Please go to www.revolutionise.com.au/swiftshockey/registration/ and follow the prompts to register online. Returning players click “Renew”. The  Hockey  Qld/Hockey  Australia  Registration  fee  is  payable  through  the  online  Swifts HQ  portal,  and MUST be  paid  prior  to  participating  in  any  fixtures.  

Swifts Hockey Club would ideally like to see payment of this fee by 1 March 2022, so that the appropriate club administration can be completed prior to the start of the fixtures. The  $100  Senior/  $50  Sub  Senior/  $30  junior  sign-on  fee  is  payable  at  the  time  of  sign-on,  and  is expected to be paid in FULL by 1st April. Players will NOT be permitted to participate in any fixtures until this fee is paid or have entered into a payment arrangement.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Swifts ‘NO PAY, NO PLAY’ Policy will be enforced for the duration of the season.

• Payment Arrangements

• Must be a weekly/fortnightly or monthly arrangement.

• Failure to pay 2 consecutive payments (without discussion with the treasurer) will result in your arrangement being cancelled.

• 5% Family discount.

• Any senior player with a registered junior player (up to 17yrs old) playing in a Swifts Junior Team will receive a 5% discount off their fees. The reduction will be applied to the senior player’s fees once the junior player is signed on.

 

• $100.00 fee discount for Coaches

• Deadline for FULL fee payments is 1st August 2022.Any player with outstanding fees after this date will NOT be eligible to play any further games.

• Fortnightly Fee Statements with be emailed to your nominated email address. Please ensure that all contact details are current.

 

 

UNIFORMS:

NEW uniforms for senior players.

• Shirts will be supplied on a “borrowed agreement” however a deposit will be required, you will receive this money back once the shirt is returned at the end of the season. Failure to return the shirt will result in your forfeit of the deposit.

• Skirts can be purchased for $35

 

• Uniforms for Juniors will be supplied at no cost, on a “borrowed agreement”

• Socks must be purchased and will be charged at $10 per pair.

• 2 pairs are required (a red and blue/stripe pair)
